1 General Provisions

The website wj2casino.cam (referred to hereinafter as "wj2" or the "Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of wj2's website, mobile application, and all related services.

By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you are requested to refrain from using wj2's services.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the laws of Bangladesh shall apply. wj2 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in compliance with applicable law.

2 Account Registration and Membership

To become a member of wj2, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be operated on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.
• The name provided at registration must match the name on the payment method used.

wj2 reserves the right to review any application and reject it without giving reasons. If false or incorrect information is provided, the platform has the right to close the account immediately and confiscate any deposited funds.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

wj2 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any member at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawal requests may be delayed while the verification process is ongoing.

3.1 Providing a False Age

If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed and all winnings will be confiscated. Whether the original deposited amount is refunded will be decided based on the circumstances.

4 Account Security and Login

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Login details should not be shared with anyone, and any unusual activity on the account must be reported to the wj2 support team immediately.

• No one else may be given access to the account.
• You must log out after using a public or shared device.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.
• OTP codes must never be shared with anyone.

wj2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault on the part of the platform itself.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on wj2 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit.

When making a deposit, the correct amount and the correct reference number must be used. The member is responsible for any delay in crediting caused by incorrect information.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may vary during verification processes or in unusual circumstances.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure that the wagering requirement for any related bonus has been met. If a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Transaction Verification

wj2 reserves the right to verify any transaction and to request additional documents in the case of suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant transaction and account will be suspended immediately.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from wj2 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the specific terms of that offer.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That is, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 to withdraw the bonus funds.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one account per device, IP address, or household is eligible to receive a bonus.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to certain games — this will be stated in the terms of each offer.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• wj2 reserves the right to make the final decision in any bonus-related dispute.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be confiscated.

Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the offer page. When an offer expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically.

7 Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Games

wj2's casino games are operated through recognised game software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others). Each game's own rules apply, and RTP (Return to Player) information is shown on the relevant game page.

7.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, the cash-out option may be used where available.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to wj2's applicable rules.
• Bets are accepted at the odds recorded before any odds change.
• wj2 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7.3 Multi Bets

For multi bets, the bet is lost if not all selections are correct. If any one selection within a multi bet is cancelled, that selection is removed from the multi and the remaining selections stand.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2 platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonuses — such as bonus bugging, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using a third party's payment method or a payment method registered in someone else's name.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or carrying out any form of cyber attack.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent arrangements with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all winnings and bonuses will be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

wj2 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem with the member's device.
• Service disruption caused by a technical fault on the part of a third party.
• Login details being leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruption caused by a natural disaster or force majeure.

In any circumstances, wj2's maximum liability to a member is limited to an amount equal to that member's active balance.

wj2 follows a Responsible Gaming policy and provides support to members to help prevent gambling addiction. Members are personally responsible for decisions that result in gaming losses.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by wj2

wj2 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If it is confirmed that false information has been provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is identified on the account.
• Upon a court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. All pending transactions will be settled before the request is processed, and any valid balance will be returned.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with trusted service providers where required by law or for operational purposes. All financial and personal information is kept secure using SSL encryption.

12 Changes to Terms

wj2 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the site.

Continued use of the platform after any change to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you will be given the option to close your account.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the governing document. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version will take precedence.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you should first contact wj2's customer support team to try to resolve the matter. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Bengali and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the matter will be settled in the appropriate legal forum. The applicable laws of Bangladesh and the jurisdiction of its courts will apply to all disputes.
